Mike went out of his way to ensure our son was placed in a unit that fit his needs and has continued to support him since his graduation of March 2020. As a parent sending your young adult away from home, for the first time, we had comfort after meeting with Mike and knowing he would be close by. He checked on him often and even joined in, with the group, for BBQs and dinners out. His units are gated and close to the NLC campus so no feat of needing to park on the street or being late to school. Theres NO other choice but Mikes place for NLC housing!”

My advice to anyone is DONT stay at the Lineman Inn...its a joke! Mikes place is, by far, the best place you could possibly stay...hands down! “My experience at Northwest Lineman College was great, but if I rented from a local or decided to stay at the Oroville Inn that would have been the biggest mistake. There is no living experience like the one you get by renting from Oroville Lineman Housing. The living conditions and amenities you get from Oroville Lineman Housing blow its competitors out of the water. I had classmates who rented from locals and wish they would have found Mike before his property availability was gone. The situation for classmates staying at the Inn were horrible and they regretted staying there, most of them spent the majority of there time frequenting Mike’s property envious of my roommates and myself. The property is not only fully remodeled but furnished. During my stay there were no issues with the property at all, Mike takes very good care of the rental and is very prompt at addressing to all concerns/issues that may come up. Not only is this the best living arrangement in Oroville, but I can honestly say that no one and I mean no one has the students best living experience in their best interest. Mike’s dedication to the most affordable, best living conditions, and experience for students is unprecedented. Not only can I say his is a wholehearted person but that I now have a friend for life. I urge anyone looking to attend North West Lineman College to go see Mike first, you’ll regret it if you miss the opportunity to live at the Oroville Lineman Housing.”
